Having completed many construction projects in a school environment we understand that the sharing of information in a visual format is crucial.
We utilise your existing 2D floorplans and turn them into 3D. The extent and detail of this will be during an initial consultation and will depend entirely on time and cost.
Instead of having condition data in a pdf or spreadsheet the information is presented in a digital model. This same model then acts as a reference for fire risk assessment data to comply with obligations under the The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and an asbestos register for the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012. The model is also a starting point for design for refurbishment projects.
These models are stored in a highly secure location and accessible at any time.
